Ideal Standard Dual Flush - New Fit and Leak on Old!

Hi ,

I have a Ideal Standard Cistern with a Push Button Dual Flush Valve in it, and have a new one to fit in an en-suite... now I have two problems...

The first problem is nowhere in the instructions does it say how to fit the pipe to the inlet so you can fill the cistern... as it stands there is just a blue thing in the hole which I guess needs pulling out and I guess you push the pipe in, but does it just hold it?

The second problem is I have an exisitng of the same setup and it has just started leaking from this actual place, I have no idea how to mend this as again it is internal and not sure how it is held in, it just drips very slightly and would take a week to feel a half cup, but leaking all the same.

Any help would me most appreciated.
