It's a concrete Double Roman tile.
Could be from any of the manufacturers the most common ones being Marley, Redland or Sandtoft.
If you can get one out the chances are that the maker's name will be imprinted on the back.

Thanks roofer. With that info I popped down to my local Redland tile supplier..and yes..it is indeed a Double Roman.
Bought it and replaced the broken tile, right on the gutters edge. including tapping in a nail because of that.
