If fitting a drinking water fountain is a double check valve required?

    The service valve turned down abit do a similar job?

    Looked online some blubber taps you can adjust the flow on the tap. not sure if you can on the one I fit was no instructions. the ones online it says you remove the top and adjust a screw on top of the cartridge. If you could on this tap would of thought they would provide instructions or is it standard for blubber taps?
