indesit WIXL143 taking too long.

Hi,
I have a indesit WIXL143 washing machine ,when i put it on a normal cycle which should take 1hour 20 minutes is taking 3 hours.

Everything is normal though it washs and spins correctly.

Any ideas.

It had a new motor and PCB board put on in November.

Heater open circuit or filter blocked.

Your spot on.Just took back off ,took off feed to heater and as you said its open circuit.
