Hello,

I am considering installing a new dishwasher. However the floor in my kitchen has a severe sloping problem: about 2 cm/m front to back, and left to right. Its an old house. So the question come up, how level does the dishwasher have to be?

I could level it, but it will look ridiculus relative to the cabinets. The other option is to mount it going with the slope of the floor. It will look better, but will I run into problems?

The low spot will be in the far right corner so I don't think it will leak out the front. GE has some low end models with the drain located at the low spot which seems like a good idea. Does anyone have experience with this? Are there any other issues I am missing?

Thanks in advance for for the help.
