Is this the Electric supply?

I’m moving the electric meter from inside to outside and I had SSE come out and do a survey with a cat and genny to find the incoming electric supply. I dug down where he marked the supply location and found this pipe.
Is this the electric supply? It’s approx 25mm diameter.

Any help would be much appreciated.

How close is that to the meter?

Could you dig a bit more and trace it?

It’s not that close to the water meter or electric meter but it does go completely off in the wrong direction if it connects to the water meter.

I should say I’m talking about the pit I dug not being close, the pipe goes towards the electric meter and stop cock.

How do you know it is a pipe & not the cable. Does it sound hollow if you tap it, if so I doubt it is the supply cable.

I’m not sure if it’s a pipe or a cable tbh. It’s pretty solid.
