Hi
I am fitting a mixer shower from direct mains off an instantaneous hot water boiler - I've read that I should fit isolator valves before the shower valve but looking at the ball type the ones you shut off with a screwdriver, they have a tiny bore inside - will they restrict the flow to the shower - or is it O.K. to fit them?

Thanks
G.
