Is there a joist hanger available for a scenario where I have a loft joist butted up underneath a rafter. For various reasons both the joist position and rafter are immovable without causing bother.
The only load is a small amount of storage (the collar tie forms a 1.2 metre high attic/crawl space)
I presume I could use a couple of 3mm wall straps formed around both, but is there anything quicker/tidier, and if so what's it called?
