Kenmore 800 washing machine

Model 11029822800 At first the hot water would not go into the washer then no water so I replaced the inlet valve. Still no water. It will spin and drain.
I have noticed it does not agitate but do not know if it because there is no water in the tub.

Try a US forum. Kenmore appliances are rare in Europe.
