Kitchen tap running slow

I have a mixer tap on my kitchen sink.
For the last week or two, the hot water
has been coming out very slowly, even
when we turn the tap to it's fullest extent.
The cold tap runs fine, and so do the other
hot taps in the house. Do I need a new tap
or could something else be the problem?
