Laminate floor-underlay reqd ovr tiles & cncrte?

I'm used to plonking down harboard over floor boards for a sticky tile overlay.

What should I use as an undelay for a laminate floor, when the base is quarry tiles on one part of the floor, which stop at a line, and becomes a concrete floor surface?
