I have purchased some good quality flooring (i think) for a small floor space of about 2m x 2m. Need some advice though.

The flooring is suitable for bathrooms but it recommends putting laminate flooring sealant where the panels click together. Just a bit that is not visible above the join. Have you heard of such a product or is it just normal sealant?

I know that you must leave a gap for expansion, which I am doing under the new skirting boards. However can I place the sink pedestal directly onto the laminate or do i have to leave an expansion gap there? The same applies to the toilet. I just think a gap will look untidy.
