Could have been worse, the screens don't have any warranty.
So the Toshiba Sattelite I bought offspring for uni use .. £700 ... Hammered to the edge as hi-fi, word-pro, dvd film player, etc, etc over the last 3.5 yrs and still going strong turns out, after some criticism to have more than done it's job !! Cheers Dabsonline !!

I did not see any major brands cheaper 3.5 yrs ago, with all the trimmings and 15" screen ... Chose the Tosh' 'cause the wife had one from work that took a right hammering and never went wrong .. still going strong now !!
