My 8 year old shower lead pan has two small holes near the drain. Otherwise the pan is fine. I would like to seal the holes. May I ask whether I should just drip 50/50 solder into the holes or is there a better way? If so, I'd appreciate advice on how to do it, including how to clean the area prior to repairing. I have heard of the term "burning" but don't know what it means.
