Leak in water supply pipe

I had a leak in the water supply pipe, I managed to locate the leak and use a connector to repair.

However upon turning the water back on, I found that the water pressure is not as good as it was.

Can you please help?

What did you turn the water off with?

Was it an old stop cock?

If so the jumper could be stuck down.
