Hi. A little advice please
I am laying a solid wood floor in my hall. But first I need to rip up the parquet flooring which is no good and the floor itself is not level. The parquet floor has been fixed to the floor by bitumen.
Any advice would be appriciated on which type of floor levelling screed/compound to put over the bitumen. Would I need to seal in the bitumen as to ensure the levelling compund adheres???
Many thanks
