light on alarm c&k securitech c023-23 1

I.m looking after a house the alarm has been fine but today theres a red light on the number 3 and when i set it the sound is different i stood out side abd the set noise just carried on for 10mins the alarm did not go of but it did not set either anypne no what a red light under the number 3 indicates please..i.m despate cant sleep lnowing alarm not set
