Presently helping a work colleague with a renovation with me plastering (or I should say honing my skills!) These Autumn days are now quite short, found myself clearing up at half 3. I have seen an older thread regarding lighting. Should I be using 110v in a domestic situation or ok with 240v? Also looking at Faithfull Halogen today for about a tenner, but remember a past thread saying these give too much glare. For occasional use (at moment) and not wanting to spend too much, any recommendations please.

Get 2 of the 240v halogen lights used at opposite corners of the room as just one will cause shadowed areas. Just be careful not to get water or plaster on the glass when working as it's tempered and the heat shock causes glass to shatter/craze.
