Matt / gloss finished tiles & hard water

Hey!

I like the look of some matt wall tiles but live in a hard water area. Does anyone have any comment regarding calcuim deposits as the water dries in a shower? Do they allow the water to run off as well as gloss tiles or will they grip it, thereby leaving calcium deposits all down the walls?
