Morning All,

FIL's place, the original fitter sadly passed away, so not available to ask, and FIL is clueless on the setup.

Black tundish is dripping/spurring water out at intervals, enough for it to be splashing out in the viewing area of the tundish so using the insulation to guide it into a bucket, filling a 5l bucket over the space of a month (say about a quarter in a week). I think the hot water tank's air gap needs recharging, but from the photo alone, is anyone able to confirm that tundish and valve above it are for the fresh water side of the system and what I need to use?

Install was maybe 3-4 years ago, and wont have been recharged since.

Instructions on the tank indicate the steps, is that PRV towards the top of the picture (to the left of the white T) the correct one to use to allow air back into the system? where is the Temprature valve (or is it the same?)
