Melamine Panels

Where is there a good supplier of a wide range of sizes of melamine faced chipboard ? Wickes, Homebase and B&Q are hopeless, carrying a very limited range. What I need are sizes like 375 x 1200 and 150 x 1200. Will I have to find a website that provides a cutting service? I am currently building a table for an electronic keytboard and want to minimise any cutting because of space and breathing problem.

At the risk of asking a daft question, have you considered ringing any of the local kitchen firms? The ones who make their own carcasses will buy-in materials in sheet size and have the facilities to cut and edge-band the material to size. Standard sheet sizes the 2.5 to 2.8 metres x 2.0 metres, so you're quite right that you'll need to find someone who can handle and cut materials that big and heavy. A lot of my trade suppliers such as Montague L. Meyer simply don't have sizing and edging facilities
