Metric to Imperial

I need to replace a leaking radiator supply pipe which looks like its teed off a 1 inch pipe down to 1/2 inch. Can you buy adaptors for going from metric to imperial?

Yes but no need ; join 15mm to the 1/2", size is so close you don't need an adaptor, which the other sizes DO.
