Monobloc Mixer tap spout is stiff to swivel

I am having a problem repairing a cheap monobloc kitchen tap whereby the spout is all but seized up. I have removed the grub screw at the base but cannot persuade the spout to come out. Am reluctant to escalate forces applied until I get advice from you guys out there!

With the grub screw removed there's nothing more to do than to pull it out while turning it,If you get it out apply silicone grease to the o rings.

Many thanks for the advice Bab. Considerable force needed to extract the thing but it was well grotty with scale plus a busted O-ring. All greased and reassembled. Job Done.
