Recently had a new kitchen fitted with the following monobloc rotating spout mixer tap installed:

Moving the spout currently causes the whole monobloc to rotate which then loosens the nut under the sink which holds the whole bloc in place. Looking at it I think what should happen is the spout should rotate independently of the central piece of the column which is jointed just above where the spout joins the central column. Tightening the nut under the sink just causes the circlip/washer thing to start to buckle, and eventually the whole thing works loose again as you move the spout around. Can't find a tech drawing of the tap innards to work out what to fix/hit with hammer etc. Any suggestions welcome, 'cos it's doing my head in!! cheers NahS
