    Sir Stirling fell down his lift shaft :eek: @ his home . Allegedly the lift was built by Formula 1 team :confused: Not Schindler`s Lifts then :rolleyes: And he laughed it off in hospital. The man is a Legend and a Hero :!: . Speedy recovery, Sir Stirling. ;)

    The man is a legend and long may he remain with us. His knowledge of motoring in general, not just F!, is astounding and he is not afraid to speak his mind.

    when i was a kid he lived up the road in sinclair gardens west london he installed a lift in that house also, was the talk of the neighbourhood how he could afford to do so, I believe he was into gadgets of the like.

    One of the first people to have an armchair that glided round the room on its own 'scalectrix' type track. :LOL:
