Network Address

HI, can anybody out there please help me to go wireless on my netbook!!
I have been using it wireless for ages but tonight i done something and it wont let me go wireless now, all it says is acquiring network address and then stops after not been able to find it, i am using AOL if that is any help. I have excellent signal strength etc just seems it needs a address to connect to!!

is anyone else using the wireless? and have you tried re-starting the router? if not, start there a quick restart usually sorts most things.
