just installed today a VOKERS COMPSCT 29E boiler, every time it ignites a loud bang comes from the boiler. the installer said the inside casing maybe a bit loose. i've never heard such a loud bang from any boiler. please can anyone advise me.

turn it off and get the installer out as it is probably combustion related

thank you bongo bongo, i've phoned him and he's coming out tomorrow, but he said i could keep in on, as it has been on since monday night, and it is very cold out.
