Hi all,
I've fitted a new kitchen tap, cheap but sturdy unit bought off eBay. Described as having "ceramic disc cartridges" and requiring a minimum of 1 bar water pressure. It's connected to the hot/cold supplies with 10mm flexi hoses.
Problem is, the hot water pressure is now a trickle at best. Cold is so-so, but was better with the old tap.
Reading up, it seems I might have bought a tap designed for a high pressure system - does that sound right? If so, what should I look for in a replacement tap to ensure good pressure?
Thanks in advance,
Rob
