I wouldnt fit a combi to a house with 3 bathrooms... someones shower might not be what they expect....
Cant go far wrong with either Grant or Worcester, but others will disagree, after all, what is the best car to buy?
Unvented cylinders need to be fitted by G3 qualified plumber. I prefer bubble tops, ie Heatrae Sadia Mega flow, but other makes fine too... Ozo, Santon etc.
Make sure the cylinder is sized to accommodate your 3 bathrooms, and consider a twin coil job that could at some stage be heated via solar or other green alternative to oi£
