i installed a new secondhand cookers oven( electric )it had a bit of condensation on it it has never been used it keeps tripping out the electric the bottom element works outside the oven but it trips when put back in side can this be repaired thanks for any help

Is it an RCD that trips?(it will have a test button on it?)
If so, connect up your oven where it will work (outside) and run it for an hour or two. that should dry it out. Then you can try it inside again.
