Doing a complete refurbishment of the property and replacing all the radiators. All the old radiators have been taken away and the system drained. The new radiators haven't been connected yet.

I wasn't going to change the boiler before, but having just discovered that its got energy efficiency rating E (Vokera Linea 28), I thought it would be wise to do a boiler change.

My plumber hasn't mentioned anything about a powerflush - which I understand is advisable for new boiler installations. But is that also the standard procedure if you're changing all the radiators as well?

its not always necessary it depends on the condition of the pipework. If you can see inside any look for a wall of brown or black sediment. If its clean, no worries.
