I am proposing to fit a new spur in a bathroom in order that I can connect a suitable heater to it, is anyone aware of any obvious regulations regarding this. Part P not being an issue here in scotland

BS7671 would be a good set of regulations to obey.

But seriously - I know you don't have Part P, but do you not have something similar, or is that still to be implemented?

yes ban all sheds you are correct, part p has not yet been implemented.

Though I believe this will be next year

The Building Regulations (Scotland) are deemed to satisfied by complying with BS 7671
