new toilet cistern

i have just installed a new low level toilet cistern (like for like) . when i flush the toilet now the water from the cistern doesnt flow right around inside the pan as before, it only reaches about 3/4 of the way round the pan. is this because of something i have done or is it an installation error ?

the cistern flushes ok and no leaks. everything else is ok apart from the water not reaching the front of the pan.

any ideas ?

maybe you arent flushing the same quantity of water into the pan.

if you still have the old cistern then measure down to the dirt line , than compare to new cistern level.

ill do that mate but i have put the highest level of water into the cistern that it will take

i know your only supposed to put in 6 litres now but i think i put more in
