Newworld Grill will not turn off!

hi there

Wonder if anybody has had this problem. Newworld dual range cooker grill automatically turns on when a gas hob is turned on. Before this the grill tempature control did not work.

Only way I get round this is to turn the electrics off and use matches to light the gas. Can anybody help?!

If it`s a gas grill,it is obviously very dangerous.So get a gas safe engineer in.

If it`s electric,I`ve no idea.

Its electric heating element not gas thank god.

Anybody else??
