Nexus 8 Alarm Panel

I have installed a Nexus 8 alarm panel and associated remote control.

My problem is; I cannot return from the programming prompt 'Pr' to the unset prompt 'Un', by pressing 'ESC'.

This is following the procedure laid out in the 'Engineer Guide'.

Has anyone any experience in this field?

I would be grateful for any pointers.

Try checking all tamper circuits are closed,
Global tamper/bell keypad tamper /lid tamper.
If you have a PA check that as well.

Have succeeded in reprogramming unit.

In the Engineer Guide, it states that there is no need to blank out unused zones.

However, when it comes to a reset, it would appear that tamper bypasses must be in place on the unused zones.
