No hot water at taps

Hi there,

My daughter has a Glow Worm Flexicom 24cx Boiler that has been working fine... all of a sudden there is no hot wate at the hot taps .... the central heating is working fine. I have checked the pressure and that is at 1.5 bar.
Has anybody come across this before and if so is it easy and cheap to fix ?

Its common with that model for the water to come out of the hot taps cold!

But very rare for no water to come out at all!
