We just got back from holiday and found that we have no hot water but our central heating still works. We have a Worcester Greenstar 24i Junior.

The weird thing is that when we run the hot tap, the boiler initializes etc, we only get cold water out of the tap, but radiators start getting hot. I know nothing about boilers or plumbing and not sure if I need a technician for the boiler or a plumber for the pipes.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Sounds like the diverters stuck. You'll need a boiler engineer. Try turning the tap on and off quickly, could be lucky and free itself. But not if its the motor.
