Hi can anyone help ? I cant get hot water to kitchen tap yet the sink bath and shower upstairs activate the demand on combi ok ..well perhaps not has hot has they used to be and they have to be turned full on for a minute or two.The central heating works fine no problems.Can anyone suggest what this might be please.The combi is a Saunier Duval SD 30e

The boiler is upstairs the strange thing is if I turn the tap on downstairs and then run upstairs turn on tap upstairs the boiler so the boiler fires up then turn off the upstairs tap the downstairs one heats up ?very occasionally I can get hot downstairs,but I cant decide if its water pressure or the boiler ?
