No hot water in taps or rads

Been told that the pump is leaking, would that be right? Boiler is only 5 years old.

Well? is it leaking? how? in or out?

It may not be rotating. Has it got a big screw in the end? if it has take it out and see if the shaft is rotating. If it is not, then try turning it with a screwdriver.
 
Trouble is, the pump is at the back bottom of the boiler so I can't access it very well. I would have thought even a leaking pump would pump out some hot water?
