I have a Heatline 24 Combi Boiler. The boiler will not fire up when I run my hot water tap. Also if the heating is on and boiler is in operation it goes out when I rune the hotwater tap and call for hot water. Any clues?

sorry its not help but i have the same problem heating fine but 9 out of 10 times no hot water. the red led above the hot water symbol flashes constantly, yet it does ignite at times.??

depends how old system is,
but could be pump, diverter valve or plate heat exchanger are full of sludge causing it not to work
