No water from Mixer shower

Hi
Moved into our new house last Friday and have come across our first problem

Ensuite shower just stopped working this morning. Apologies but I do not know the manufacturer/model but it is a mixer shower with a simple thermostat and on/off knob.

Basically, turned the shower on this morning. Got in, rinsed my hair then no water. I turned the on/off knob on and off, then back on and nothing. I turned the thermo knob to hot and water came out for about 2 seconds, then stopped again.

Both hot and cold taps on the basin in the ensuite still work, as do the taps in the family bathroom.


Any ideas?

Take the shower head off first and see if there is any flow with it removed.
