I have a Blanco mixer tap in the kitchen when we turn the cold on it is very noisy the hot water is fine, can any one help please?

Noisy Cold water

No the on off is an up and down motion (chrome ) the sound is like gushing water very loud. I have a combi condensing boiler, the noise only comes when kitchen cold tap turned on no other cold taps in the house make a noise.Please can you help?
