NOISY VOKERE WITH BOUNCING PRESSURE GAUGE

Hi i have a noise problem with a vokere syntesi HE boiler, the noise sounds like a grating sound from the top it happens when the tempertuer
control nobs are set quite high it happens on both DHW & CH. The noise is
not contingous more like pulsating, the pressure gauge & the flexi pipe from the pump to the expansion vessel bouncers in rhythm with the noise.

sounds like an airlock in the boiler to me

would advise you get someone competent to look at it, try vokera for a list of approved contractors in your area
