Blair was / is an admirer of thatcher ;)

It is now actually dawning on parts of the Labour Party as to why he won 3 general elections in a row

    hardly rocket science

how ever there was / is the fruit
Cake wing of the party who voted in Corbyn as the leader :LOL:

Lose an election with the lowest vote count on record and still can’t work it out

    jeez us wept

Unlike his litter, plenty of the next generations will be. Due to them not being able to afford their own homes...

All because of the nasty party policies that bottomley supports!

they were brought in by Blair, I never said they weren’t…..you are welcome to try and point out where you think I did.

Under Blair universities weren’t privatised companies with university vice chancellors earning £350k

under Blair tuition fees were £3k, now they are £9k

But hey, brexit voters aren’t interested in detail and facts…..which is why they all befuddled when presented with them

And don't forget how important foreign tuition fees are for universities - there's been a massive drop in foreign applicants.

Undergrad fees for foreign students are around double uk fees
An overseas PhD candidate studying in the uk would pay £10-20k per year.

A typical morning session for a GP of 3 hours can be dealing with 30 patients, so that's 3 minutes to read notes, make an assessment and then type it all up.

You then get the nonces that on the first day of a couggh bring their child in asking for medications, GP has to refuse as it's too early, patient refuses to get PCR test. A week later they return, same thing, no pcr still have a cough so patient demands anti-biotics, so after a week patient returns saying not got better (obviously as it's viral)

One of the most important approaches taught is wait and see how the issue develops - but the public have not patience.

Another example a worker in a factory is injured and taken into A&E, possible head injury but then leaves A&E, Police are called to locate him. On his return he gets a scan - all clear. He was simply drunk. Next day his Boss calls GP who has to see the patient - the patient is simply drunk again but now has to be sent back to A&E. They Boss calls the GP first to get a note and ring ahead so they dont have to wait in A&E.

On top there is mountains of paperwork as that's how billing and coding works (yes America this is one which the US excels in).

Everything gets dumped on the GPs doors and now they have had enough. The Tories want to break the NHS - what they need to do is fund it and educate the public not give mixed messages.

If you think the NHS is not working try pay $3000 for a root canal operation.
