Russia and Saudi are seeing the weakness in the USA since Trump damaged the economy

America has lost market share due to USA growing its oil market and OPEC want to regain market share

Saudi has the worlds lowest production costs for oil, America one of the highest; so the result will be America shutting oil wells and cutting production

It will result in cheaper gasoline prices at the pumps, which Trump might like.........but what will happen will be an increase in price energy, ie gas and electricity

interesting times

i thought all energy prices followed Oil, if oil comes down so will gas and all other energy (even solar and wind)

In America 25% of gas comes out of oil wells, so if oil production is cut, so too is gas. America has low inventory and exports a lot of gas where it gets a premium price…..it’s selling a lot to the EU.

Russia is a member of OPEC+

UK gets its gas mostly from North Sea and Norway, which I think are largely gas only wells, so production may not be affected by OPEC meddling. Not sure how that will affect our energy prices given they are tied to forward wholesale pricing, but I guess we should see lower prices at the pumps.

Looks like notchy is even more ****ed than usual.
Drowning his sorrows after the reform landslide I expect.
Poor notchy!
Lirefighter, serious question: why have you been so easily taken in by populism?

Why are you unable to realise Farage is the establishment not anti establishment as he claims?

By the way how do you work out that 5 MPs is a landslide :ROFLMAO:

Please don't tar us all with your ignorant brush, notchy.
I did not vote for brexit on the promise of bendy bananas like you did.

Come on Lirefighter, I would really like to know why you believe that privately educated, stockbroker millionaire Farage cares about ordinary citizens.

You don’t have a chip on your shoulder you have a massive oak tree

The UK imports gas from the USA and the middle east

Why do you hate the wealthy so much, do you feel as if they have stolen something from you?
I want the leader of our government to care about the country, its traditions, and it's future.
The ordinary citizens (given the opportunity) can look after themselves just fine.

I’ve not seen you post any criticism of Reform

My work is done
Notch logic: If you have not been known to post a criticism of a person or an organisation, you are by default a supporter of them. Based on his own logic, Notch is a supporter of the Ku Klux Clan.
