Older Uponor UFH manifold servicing questions

Our UFH system was installed around 10-15 years ago but I don’t think the previous owners did anything much to maintain it. There are a couple of bathroom radiators in the system as well. We moved in two years ago but haven’t been able to find a plumber/engineer locally to service it. Luckily it still seems to function!
But the water in the flow meters is very opaque. I assume because of lack of inhibitor and different metals in the system. Recently a couple of the actuator valves have started leaking rusty water as well. I also notice that a couple of the actuators have cracked their blue plastic domes.
So my plan is to replace the leaking actuator valves, clean the flow rate glasses and flush the system (following YouTube’s instructions :-) ) and add inhibitor.
Questions -Does the above seem a sensible course of action? If so….
Which valves would I need to order - is there a way of identifying their exact type?
After isolating the manifold how do I get the actuators and flow meters off without damaging them further? The blue domes seem to swivel but the wires would prevent them unscrewing? Is it possible to just remove the sight glass for cleaning- I see there is a hex depression on their tops but I don’t want to snap them.
What brand cleaner / inhibitor would be best to use in this situation?
Would connecting up a normal pressure garden hose to the manifold be adequate to flush the system? If so best attach it to the actuator or sight glass side ?
Sorry for the barrage of (probably quite naive) questions- any help much appreciated.
