One cool radiator

Hi!

We have a cold radiator in our bedroom. The inlet pipe is warm, but not much heat is getting into the radiator (maybe a bit through conduction?). We have removed the rad and flushed it through, but it has not helped. We have tried turning down all the other radiators as an experiment, but no change. (Yes, both lockshield valves are open!).

Any suggestions much appreciated.

OPen the lockshielss one at a time, prefeably with a garden hose screwed on. Check for good flow.

Has a rad worked in this position before, anything else changed,...usual questions............ ???????
