Order of tasks false ceiling with down lighting

Hi,

If I want a false ceiling fitted with down lighters whats the order I should get things done, electrics first then false ceiling or other way round ?

The false ceiling would be plaster board could I expect a plasterer to fit the false ceiling or would I need a chipy ie he builds the false ceiling frame and fits the plaster to it ?????

Frame in first rolo, electrician to put in supply to lights,plasterboard, skim and electrician tro return to insert lights and connect up. choose your down lights because i worked on job - a transformer, it went wrong.the tramsformer was trapped in the false ceiling with no acess. what a rave to get it out. you can get 240v downlighters.
