Gents good afternoon

I want to install 2 separate outside sockets.
The CU is the old type with no RCD so I intend to run a 13amp RCD spur off the ring main.
Question is should I use a separate 13amp RCD spur for each socket or is it OK to run both sockets in radial from the same 13amp RCD spur?

many thanks

You could run both sockets off one RCD FCU. This will limit the amount of power you can take to 13A, but for typical garden tools it will not be a prob.

If you tried to run two heaters off them you could expect to blow the fuse.

Many thanks for that, they are for garden tools so should be no issues.
