For me, yes. Leyland Trade Fast Drying Gloss is an advanced water-based formulation, specially developed to produce a non-yellowing gloss finish that dries quickly. It is fast drying, low odor, easy application and excellent flow.

They are a lot better than they used to be and offer a good finish with one coat if your preparation and undercoat is well finished.
For the best performance I go with 2 coats of topcoat and use synthetic brushes as the older bristle brushes that you need for oil based gloss can leave heavy brush marks in water based paints as you tend to overwork the paint trying to get a finish.
